Medicine - A way out of depression

In this episode I share openly about the life changing effects medicine can have on depression. I also share about the judgements and beliefs that yoga, mindfulness and meditation can replace medicine, or is a better way to deal with depression.To sit with pain is not the same as to sit with depression. In 90% of the cases, depression is the state that precedes suicide. Medicin can save lives and I share about ways to handle judgements and stigma around medicine being considered a weakness. Help comes in many shapes and is never to be rejected, but welcomed.
