Ladies.... let’s stop judging ourselves and others around birth. All bodies and beliefs are different, which is why birth isn’t something we can push on others. Sure, let’s share our stories (with permission) but mainly let’s stop the judgement on ourselves about trying to control and perfect birth. It’s messy, it’s primal and it can be the most empowering experience of our lives if we just let ourselves discover what works for us (and only us) in the decisions in the ‘hows’. No two birth stories are the same and all should be celebrated. You are a super hero, no matter what outcome. I also share why I believe continuity of care is the REAL game changer in birth, NOT pushing ONE TYPE of outcome but having a community that believe in the same things you do. Power to all the women who have carried any new life. ❤️❤️❤️
