2022 Job search trends and how to stand out in the crowd

COVID-19 has impacted so much, and the job market is no exception. From new opportunities in remote work to changes in the recruiting process, there are many things that are unlikely to return to pre-pandemic times. For example, studies show that 17% of companies have already integrated AI-based technology into their HR practices and another 30% plan to do so in 2022. These HR departments are using digital technology to handle everything from screening applicants to conducting virtual interviews. In this episode, we speak to Lisa McAteer, a recruiter with over a decade of experience, and currently the Manager of Employee Engagement with Impact Recruitment. We discuss the trends she’s seeing in recruitment, and how job seekers can adapt and prepare.
