Diversity and inclusion have become hot topics in so many fields. But how do these topics actually apply to the outdoor world? Today, we dive into this huge topic with Rike Moon, a passionate advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion. Rike works for a park agency here in B.C. and identifies as LGBTQ2S+ (and she’s also a mama in the making!)
