Joakim Hartzell and James Sleater: The online community with 300 years of legacy

In Get Savvy this week, we want to learn how to leverage a valuable heritage while digitizing the customer experience to find new customer groups. To learn from the professionals we invited Joakim Hartzell, CEO of "Götrich 1730", and James Sleater, founder of "Cad & the Dandy".  Götrich opened their tailoring doors for business 300 years ago which makes it one of Sweden’s oldest family owned companies. Joakim Hartzell took over the role as the tailoring company’s CEO in 2017 and is hard at work bringing Götrich to new customer groups. Cad & the Dandy is the independent tailoring company based in London, who during their 10 years in business have introduced digital processes into the ancient craft of tailoring and thereby become one of Savile Row’s largest tailoring houses.    Together with Joakim and James we discuss how you can develop your business, maintain an existing customer base and at the same time attract new customer segments by transforming the offline into an online community.   Suggest a topic or guest to getsavvy@nordea.com and don’t forget to subscribe!    This podcast is supported by Nordea Business Banking, Startup & Growth, Nordea Connect and Nordea Markets.
