Kelly O'Dowd 'They want you to have so many skills for an entry level job'

In this episode I chat with Kelly O Dowd, a recently graduate from NCAD in Ireland. We chat about what the experience was like leaving University, her search for jobs, and where they feel there’s opportunity for universities to better support students in that highly emotional stage of life - the transitional period between Uni and working life. Kelly is totally fantastic and I know you will get a lot out of this episode.  Let’s jump into the episode.
