Motherhood and reclaiming our identity

Tonight’s girls night I have Michele Johnston with me!  We are talking all about falling into societal expectations; rushing into marriage and starting a family,  losing ourselves after motherhood; remembering who we are and our personal interests, and the importance and benefits of setting and maintaining personal boundaries.  Our guest, Michele Johnston, shares her story of losing and regaining herself through motherhood.  A bit more about Michele:  Michele Johnston is the powerhouse behind Fiercely Authentic Coaching! Raised with strict ideals, she married young and became a devoted mother of four. For years, she masked her struggles to fit society's perfect mold. But when her kids grew, she prioritized self-care. Pushing a truck full of kettlebells was her "aha" moment, revealing her incredible strength—physically and mentally. Michele dove into fitness and embarked on a journey of self-discovery, self-love, adventure, and grace. Now, as a life and empowerment coach, she empowers fierce women to rediscover their authentic selves, fall in love with their quirks, and live life unapologetically!  Connect with us @girlsamethepodcast on all the socials or email us at girlsamethepodcast@gmail.com.  I’m so glad you’re here! With my last move I have finally started to build that group of girlfriends and I’ve come to realize so many of us are searching for this connection. Maybe you already have a girl group - here’s an opportunity to expand it! But if you don’t, I hope you find that friendship here, through this girls night podcast every other Monday, with me, your host Brittinie.
