The loss of a loved one affects us emotionally but it can also physically affect us and food can have completely different effects on those who are grieving. Even if you love to cook, you might lose your appetite and those foods you onced loved, may make your stomach churn as food becomes the least of your concerns. Or, you can't stop eating as it's part of your coping mechanism. Cooking and eating while grieving is different for everyone just like our grief.
