Releasing The Burden of Guilt

Come and listen to this week's episode I offer a few tips on how to release the burden of guilt that you might be holding on to in your grief. Sadly, guilt is everywhere in grief and it's a common yet complex emotion. Often it makes the griever feel that somehow, someway, they have failed in their duties, obligations, or they have done something wrong and that, can lead to feelings of insecurity, unworthiness, blame, self-judgement and much more. The sad part is that guilt does not have to be rational to be be real so that means even though it's not based on reality, we may still feel it. Enjoy!
