Ep 4. The Science of Glimmers, with Deb Dana (Part 2)

Welcome back to the Glimmer Hunters podcast! In part two with the incredible Deb Dana, the "godmother of Glimmers," we got a sneak peek into her book, Glimmers Journal, designed to help us intentionally find and savour those tiny moments of okayness. Deb shared her personal story of creating the journal and emphasised the power of "see, stop, appreciate" to register Glimmers. We learned about crafting intentions that resonate with our nervous system and the science behind anxiety. Deb also introduced the beautiful concept of "Glimmering"—intentionally being a Glimmer for others. We were so inspired by the cumulative effect of Glimmers and how accessible they are, even in nature. Her calm presence was truly contagious.
