Why Fitness is a Gift Not a Burden Do you guys ever feel like “Oh man I have to go to the gym” “I have to track my food” “I have to get my steps in” “I have to eat heathy” Like its an extra chore or a drag, or a burden in your life Guys fitness is a privilege you GET to have Cause let me remind you If you have two arms, two legs, 2 eyes, 2 ears to hear you are blessed And there are people who wish they had those privileges you have but they can’t because of their circumstances Now put yourself in that other person’s shoes… They might be missing a leg and your complaining about 10k steps a day to lose body fat They might be missing an arm and your skipping workouts Like what are we really complaining about? We have phones to look at our workouts Literally and we say that we don’t have the time I just want you guys to realize Being fit is a GIFT!! Not everyone has the opporentiuty There are people who have diseases that are paralyzed that switch places with you in a second and go 100x harder SO WAKE UP!!
