#134 Eric Tomlinson - Tour Manager, Marketing Expert

Eric Tomlinson is a great friend of mine and someone who has a powerful story to tell!He grew up in Southern California with a passion for surfing and that's how we met about 15 years ago. Since then I have loved growing our friendship and watching his incredible career path. After school and wanting to stay in the surf industry he studied marketing and communication at college where he then found his first big role working for Globe Footwear and worked his way up to global surf team manager. From here he was headhunted by Surfline where he worked for a couple of years high up in marketing before heading back to Globe. He then started working for HealthAid beverages which grew so fast that he was let go from his role. After this, he was offered a role to be tour manager for Musician Chris Lake. He has been traveling the world with Chris for the past 5 years whilst also juggling running marketing for June Shine an alcoholic kombucha.A few key topics in this chatGrowing up in CaliforniaA love for surfingFirst big opportunity working for GlobeSurflineBack to GlobeHealthaidTour life with Chris LakeI loved this chat and so will you!Eric's LinksINSTAGRAM - www.instagram.com/eric_tomlinson/This episode is proudly sponsored by Ārepa Brain Performance Drink!
