In this episode I am in Atlanta, Georgia (USA) talking to Rainey Shane, Co-Founder and CEO of SEAM, the Social Equity Assessment Method for commercial real estate. SEAM aims to promote social equity in the planning, design, construction and operation of built environments. Rainey previously rain a non profit focused on forced labour and spent over six years developing this new standard intended to help guide developers in creating more equitable buildings.
