It is important to remain focused on a single task at a time to be more productive, to create quality work and to be less stressed. As you focus upon a single task, trying to avoid distractions, the brain begins to focus on that task all by itself. This allows you to accomplish the task much faster than if you are attempting to finish two or more tasks at the same time. If you can take control of your ability to focus, you have given yourself a powerful tool that will enable you to perform at a consistently high level and be both effective and efficient in your work efforts.
