054: What To Do After Running Your Business For 2 Years?

You’ve successfully run your business for more than 2 years, what’s next? Here’s what to do.

Many entrepreneurs make the mistake of just continuing about their operations and hoping things will run smoothly and that MAY work, but it isn’t the most efficient way of doing things.

Detach yourself from the business

At the 2 year mark, you would have most probably reached a stage of growth and further growth requires scalability and sustainability. You are just ONE person, you cannot grow with the business because you can only do so many things. Start letting the many departments run autonomously.

To do that, you have to come up with systems and processes and most importantly, hire the right people.

Start building your personal brand

Now that you’ve built a brand, it’s time to build up yourself. You have a story, a struggle and a process. Share that story and establish yourself as an expert. Come up with a messaging that you stand by.

You will attract potential customers who agree and pique the interest of those who don’t

They will take note of your brand and trust the credibility of your brand even more, because it is built from you, the expert that they’re following online.

If you're wondering what to do after running your business for more than 2 years, I've just given you the answer but your next action will determine your continued success or slow downfall.
