EP480 3 Steps To Breaking Bad Habits

Do you have some bad habits you’d like to break? Do you know where to start? Today, Jesse is sharing his 3 steps for breaking a bad habit.  The very first thing we have to do is not put all the emphasis on breaking our old habit.  Instead, focus on starting a new habit to replace the old one.  Maybe you want a more consistent exercise or morning routine.  Develop some anchor habits.  Small steps that you can commit to daily.  Another thing we can do is to change our environment. If you want to stop drinking, don’t have it in the house and don’t hang out at the bar.  Try starting small.  Perhaps you want to check your phone less, try slowly reducing your time.  There are plenty of tips to break that bad habit.
