We are absolutely delighted to interview Don H. Liu, Chief Legal and Risk Officer of Target Corporation.

Don is a member of Target’s executive leadership team and also serves as its Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Prior to joining Target, he held in-house leadership roles at Xerox Corporation, Toll Brothers, IKON Office Solutions, and Aetna U.S. Healthcare.

He began his career in private practice, first at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and then at Richards & O’Neil (now Bingham McCutchen).

Don received his J.D. from the Columbia Law School and graduated from Haverford College with a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion.
