In this episode Brian shares a beer with the founder of Lexicon Content Development and competitive bodybuilder, Olivia Luper. Being a good writer, and wanting to get back into it after her son was born, Olivia took the advice of her mother-in-law, who suggested that she look into content writing for financial advisors - and that was the beginning of her deep dive into finance and economics. Olivia discusses with Brian her journey of identifying a demand and then turning it into a niche business. Today, Olivia and her team are the voice of dozens of financial advisors and CPAs across the country by (the way she describes it) being a liaison between her financial advisor clients and their clients. Olivia also explains the concept of “progressive overload” and how coming from the world of competitive bodybuilding translates over into business.
