In 1981 David Curtis was introduced to Leon Weiner by his professor while he was in graduate school - fast forward 40 years later and David is now the Co-Managing Partner of a company that has over 7000 units, of mainly affordable multifamily housing with a few hotels, in over 10 states. “Doing good and doing well is a great thing,” David explains. Helping people have an opportunity that they otherwise may not have is great for both parties. Leon M. Weiner and Associates also provide educational support to their residents through tutoring and scholarships for private schools, trade schools and colleges. They also have a program that offers cultural opportunities for children ages 6-16.
