Dr. Tara Swart is a neuroscientist, medical doctor, Senior Lecturer at MIT, and author of best-seller ‘The Source.’ She and host Beth Behrs have an in-depth conversation on neuroplasticity, and how we can physically change the structure of our brains through our thoughts, and therefore, change our lives.
