TigerConnect Goes All-in on Telehealth Based on Customer Feedback

Listening to customers is always a good thing, especially during the pandemic. TigerConnect had carefully laid product plans at the beginning of 2020, but all that went out the window when COVID-19 hit. Smartly, the company listened to feedback from their customers and made the decision to focus exclusively on delivering on their planned Telehealth product (TigerTouch) and halt all other development. It wasn't an easy decision, but it was the right thing to do for their customers.
