The podcast is mainly for staff and volunteers in the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement, especially staff and volunteers working in mental health and psychosocial support services. The podcast is produced by the Psychosocial Centre, an IFRC reference centre providing service to the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement. The Psychosocial Centre assists in facilitating mental health and psychosocial support, promotes psychosocial wellbeing for affected groups, staff and volunteers, and increases awareness of psychological reactions in times of crisis or social disruption.
