Greg brings the topic of Hype in 5G Marketing and attempts to explain why some hype is legit but humans should care less. Keith puts the brakes on and looking for context, breakdown and reality check. Diagrams A 5G infrastructure is simplified to three functional areas – backbone/backhaul, Tower Compute and Radio Access Network. Arguably the most dramatic change to 5G infrastructure is the ‘digital transformation’ process to use software to operate and automate the day to day work.
