Rowdy Gaines is a two-time Olympian swimmer who spent many years at the top of the swimming world as a World Record and American Record holder. He was the fastest swimmer on the planet in the 1980s and he won 3 Gold medals for the USA in the 1984 Olympics. During his career, Rowdy broke a total of 14 World Records.
