be patient for a *little* longer

"For this is what the LORD says: You will see neither wind nor rain, yet this valley will be filled with water, and you, your cattle and your other animals will drink." - 2 Kings 3:17I know as well as anyone how agonizing waiting on God's timing for literally anything can be, but something interesting happens the longer you wait. Like a toddler who exhausts a tantrum, you get tired of being tired of waiting and you kind of just...accept it? Decide within yourself to accept it? Either way, we can all learn to appreciate the pauses - or what we perceive as pauses. Because what we think is a pause may actually be the price for more than what we bargained for (God always wants to give you more). Om Podcasten

I'm Zozo Shumba, and As Told By is where the Holy Spirit meets you exactly where you are. Each week, I show up with whatever heaven downloads - could be a teaching that makes Scripture click differently, a word that feels like it was written just for you, or the encouragement you need to keep trusting God's timing. Because I believe that when you experience God's presence in the everyday moments - from career decisions to coffee choices - everything about your walk with Him becomes more natural, more real, and more transformative.
