Death & The "Ego" Part 4 of 5 in the Core Wound Series

Part 4 of 5 in Nadia's Core Wound Series. The Core Wound series is designed to help us discover and release false beliefs our ego uses to create shame-based thoughts. Self-awareness of these beliefs and thoughts prevents a sense of separation from our true selves and each other. In this episode, Nadia discusses the false belief that death is an end. She shares how a deep rooted belief that death is an end drives unhealthy habits and patterns, and then steps we can stake to find freedom from it. If we understand life as a journey of our soul, and death but a transition, we are better able to choose love in all situations. Nadia believes that everyday we have a choice between LOVE (soul, our true selves), and/or Fear/Judgement (ego, separation). She encourages all to CHOOSE LOVE in and around us so as to embrace this life for the journey of our soul it is.
