The Power of Silence with Priya Jain

"Silence is the warmest hug you can ever receive," Priya Jain explains, Founder Seventh Chakra Institute of Spiritual Sciences. So why are we so afraid of it? Why do we fill our days with a sensory overload to the point we actually believe it is reality. It isn't. "Reality" exists in the non-tangible truths of life - in our heart, intuition, and knowing - all of which are available to us through silence. The challenge is that silence requires us to put down our ego and simply just be, exactly as we are in the moment. It took time and effort for Nadia to learn how to do this, and to this day it is a challenge, so she committed to do a silent retreat next month. In this episode, she asks Priya for motivation and gets it. "Silence is absolute acceptance as you are, however you are. It is unconditional love," she says. Underneath the turbulence of waves around you is an ocean of love and power within you. If Nadia reached it, so can you!
