In April of 2012, a barely fifteen-year-old, Keiosha Marie Felix was granted a weekend pass from her living facility to visit her family with her one-year-old daughter. She was last seen leaving her aunt’s house without her child and was never seen or heard from again. Those who knew Keiosha best, would go on to say that she would never abandon her daughter.
