It’s that time of year again! A new year means new beginnings and everyone starts planning out a new life for themselves for the new year. But only a fraction of us actually hit the goals we set each January 1st.    This week, I want us all to start the year on the right foot and make some goals we can actually achieve in 2022. I know that making and sticking to new habits can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be.
