The family went up to celebrate the life of her recently deceased grandmother, and while there in upstate NY, may have made a MAJOR breakthrough with the on-again off-again relationship with Jamie’s mom. They discuss how they saw Jamie’s mom more on this trip than the previous 10 years combined! Jamie and Doug talk about some much-needed healing that took place and moving past some absolutely tragic childhood experiences. Plus, Doug mentions the regression with their 3-year-old son’s sleeping. Not only does their son demand someone stay with him in his room until he falls asleep, but he is waking up every couple of hours.
