You might have seen Eldra Jackson III in the documentary "The Work" (2017). Eldra has served 24 years of a life sentence, two of them in solitary. Nowadays, he works for the organization "Inside Circle" which was founded in New Folsom Prison in Sacramento 1996, after a deadly racial rioting. Members of Inside circle, among other things, works as facilitators in men's work inside the prison walls. Sometimes with people from the outside participating.
