133. How To Be Awesome At Lowering Stress With One Breathing Hack

Quick heads up- this podcast is going to have a few light curse words but we promise you it’s worth it and essential in describing this hack.   Lindsay talks about how she’s started doing this quick breathing hack to let irritating things go or stop worrying about something and focus on the good stuff.     Ready for it?   Take a huge deep breath in through the nose, and out through the nose and say, "inhale the good shit, exhale the bullshit" (or the bad shit) depending on what we are dealing with.     Lindsay talks about how one of the changes she's made in the last 5 or so years that’s made the biggest impact on her life is deciding not to care about things that don’t matter anymore.  Letting things go is so freeing but it’s not always as easy to do in real time.   So let’s use this hack to do it.  Inhale the good shit, exhale the bullshit.
