She has 13 years of experience working in New York City spanning across integrated practice areas in mental health, non-profit, and higher education. She most recently has been spearheading the creation of a career office at NYU Silver School of Social Work, and strategizing to construct ways to address racism and white supremacy structures at NYU. Together, they discuss job possibilities for new grads, overcoming feeling under-qualified, negotiating a salary, tweaking your resume, qualities to look for in a workplace, and more!
