Going into the military before eventually joining forces with her husband in a commercial painting business, Tiffany talks openly about not letting your past define you and how she works hard everyday to provide a positive experience for employees. She's on a mission to get more people, particularly women, into trades and is involved in the community, networking events and organizations doing just that.
