Ep. 43 Implications of the 2020 Election for HR

The 2020 election fallout is already started. The Supreme Court has now heard arguments over the individual mandate for the Affordable Care Act and Joe Biden looks ever more like the President-elect despite President Trump still disputing the results.  What does all this mean though for the workforce and for HR professionals as the incoming president has a much different agenda than the previous. Where will his administration look to change the landscape for workplace culture, employment opportunity and labor regulations and standards?  HR Exchange Network editor David Rice sits down with Michael Lotito, co-chair of Littler's Workplace Policy Institute to discuss what a Biden administration's goals will be and the vehicles it could use to get there.
