168: Atomic Habits Review

If you choose any personal development book to read, you should start with James Clear’s Atomic Habits! We had the pleasure of reading this book with the Hustle Humbly Community book club recently and we loved it so much we wanted to share it with you!  James is a man of our own hearts as he focuses on systems before everything else. In this book about building good habits and removing bad ones you will feel inspired and encouraged by the power of making small changes. In our chat about the book we start off with what is wrong with most business and self help books and how we liked reading this book for book club. This book is jam packed with great takeaways and AH-HA quotes! We will share with you some of our favorites even though it was hard to whittle the list down.    Doors for the Hustle Humbly Community are open now for a limited time!
