27. Are Your Connections Dehydrating You?

It’s officially the holiday season. And with that comes the amazing feelings of connection, togetherness, slowing down, and giving. And what I love most about this time of year is that we give our central nervous system the opportunity to actually just relax. But I have noticed that if I don’t keep myself in check, I find myself completely depleted. Can you relate? To avoid this, I've started to ask myself some questions… What is fueling my energy reserves and what is depleting them? This led me to think about the interaction I have with others. How does someone leave me feeling after I interact with them? Do I feel fueled or depleted?  What does this have to do with Hydration?
