Did you know that approximately 98.9% of the molecules in your body are water molecules and by mass, you are about 60- 70% water (a slightly salty solution of electrolytes)?   Every single biochemical process in your body is dependent on quality/charged H2O as well as an osmotic balance in our fluids to perform at our highest potential. That’s why hydrating is KEY when working to reach optimal health.    Being properly hydrated isn’t achieved by simply filling up your water bottle from the faucet...The type of water you drink is significant.
