Scott Parker is a world-renowned, two Michelin-starred chef trained at the prestigious Westminster Kingsway College in London and mastered the culinary arts by practicing and working worldwide. Scott is also the author of the fantastic new book, End Your Carb Confusion: The Cookbook, and he was on the cover of Men’s Health magazine in three countries.  Following Scott’s acclaimed career cooking in the world’s finest restaurants, the top South African retailer, Woolworths, recruited him to serve as the Product Development Manager for Culinary Innovation, Research Development. During the pandemic, Scott and his team served more than two million healthy meals to needy communities. He is also changing countless lives by creating innovative farm-to-table, sustainable initiatives in Cape Town.
