By age 24, Mike founded his first construction company in the hopes of finding financial freedom. He went from working 90 hours a week and missing out on important events with his family, to starting a construction company that scaled quickly (with more than 100 employees!). He sold his company at a $12 million valuation, making it onto the Inc. 2009 “2500 Fastest Growing Companies in America” list.
