ICTP 170: Telecoms response and recovery in Haiti, post the 2021 earthquake

In mid-August, Haiti experienced a devastating earthquake, which was quickly followed by a tropical depression. Buildings and infrastructure, including that for telecoms, were severely damaged, but are critical to support relief efforts.
