Sagicor: Becoming Data Centric
Sagicor is a full-service financial institution offering a wide range of products and services, everything from life and health insurance to annuities, pensions, real estate, banking, and investment needs. But the financial sector is constantly being shaped by technology and consumer trends and in 2021, Sagicor hosted its inaugural Data Innovation Challenge. In this competition, Sagicor team members were encouraged to pitch their innovative ideas on how the Group can use data to enhance efficiency and better serve its clients. Three teams walked away with cash and we're going to learn more about how Sagicor thinks about data innovation and their employee competition in this podcast.
