Siitä miten paljon pisteitä testistä on tullut ja miten se sijoittuu valtaväestön tasolle tai jossain tarkemmassa segmentissä. Veikkaan, että olet myös kuullut älystä, joka liittyy hieman hankalammin mitattavaan kategoriaan - tunneälyyn. Tunneäly koostuu tämänhetkisen näkemyksen mukaan viidestä eri komponentista: empatiasta, sosiaalisista taidoista, itsetuntemuksesta, itsesäätelytaidoista, sekä motivaatiosta. Miten nämä komponentit vaikuttavat empatiataitoomme, sekä mitä moninaisia hyötyjä meille on tunneälyn kehittämisestä niin henkilökohtaisen elämän kuin työelämässä menestymisen kannalta?
