Paralympian Oksana Masters Redefines What Is Possible

Born with birth defects from the Chernobyl disaster, Oksana Masters was abused during her time at 3 different orphanages in Ukraine. When her adoptive mother was finally able to bring Oksana to America, she soon discovered rowing and tapped into her competitive spirit.
