In today’s episode, Tony interviews the talented Jason Buyer. Jason is AMAW NYC’s studio manager. He is an acting coach and former casting director. The two chat about Jason’s app Need A Reader. Need A Reader is the first app to connect actors with readers and coaches for auditions, self tapes, classes, rehearsals, and practice. Actors get the help they need, and readers get paid. They also talk about the data drivenness of the industry, marketability of actors, and facing rejection as an artist.
