Some stories just have to be seen to be believed...On this episode we're admittedly a little tardy to the party but that's OK sometimes because the releases always come at us on these streaming services pretty hot and heavy.Now playing on CBC Gem; 'Nike's Big Bet' is a fascinating look at the story of legendary track and field coach (as well as Nike Spokesperson) Alberto Salazar who played a little fast and loose with the rules of his sport on occasion to try and get an edge.We had the unique pleasure of sitting down with director Paul Kemp to talk about his inspiration for the story, the politics behind it all and some of the incredible grey areas that have existed and still exist in some amateur sports.
