I've been helping Joyful Selling members simplify the actions they take in their online marketing and selling by deciding ahead of time what type of content they are going to share regularly and why. To start with I have offered two very simple definitions for the terms that traditionally a Creative Professional doesn't exactly feel enthralled by: 'marketing' and 'selling'. Marketing is connecting to build trust. Selling is serving to create comfort to buy.
