This session is aimed at a general, non-technical audience and will answer such questions as:- What business problems are they good for?- What are the user and informational challenges you need to solve in implementing them effectively?- How do you maintain one over time?Indra Mckie is an Information Services Librarian at UTS Library and Project Officer at UTS ITD.
