Kappa - Rethinking the quest for perfection - EP 13

While conducting some biological surveys in the Japanese wetlands, I find myself face-to-face with an unknown creature... Today's episode is all about one of my favorite Japanese mythological creatures, the Kappa.  We start with my own personal introduction to the creature via comic books, and then we dive into the nature of imperfect situations.  I then offer a few different ways to improve your creative problem solving skills for those times when things don't go as planned, and offer a new way of looking at these unideal situations. Mark your calendars for Inner Monster Mondays for new episodes every week, or sign up here for email notifications! PS - It's episode 13!  My favorite number until we get into the 600's.  Thanks for being here on this wild ride with me!   ------------ Show notes: Usagi Yojimbo by Stan Sakai. Theme music, "IV. Joy," and "The (Un)Caged Butterfly"  by Al Gilliom. ------------------- Sponsored by: My Patrons! - First listens without ads, creepy art, and more!  Join today!
