Oni - Empathy For Those We Dislike - EP 27

I think oni are generally misunderstood, which brings me to the topic of the day, which is empathy, especially for those who you might disagree with. I differentiate between empathy and sympathy, and talk about why empathy is so hot in the personal development sphere these days, and how powerful it can be.  Mark your calendars for Inner Monster Mondays for new episodes every week, or sign up here for email notifications! ------------ Show notes: "The Inner Monster Podcast theme v.2," "IV.
